Social Relay is run by Social Photographer Ltd (social-photographer.com) to send event photographs to the guests in them.

What we keep. Your name, email, Instagram handle if you give it, and a selfie if you choose to add one.

How we use it. A member of our team looks at your selfie to find you in the event photos, then emails you a private link. Your selfie is not run through face recognition software and is never shared or published.

Instagram. If you give your handle, we may note public posts that tag us or the event, to report how the photos were shared.

How long. We delete your details and selfie within three months of the event.

Your rights. To see or delete what we hold about you at any time, email info@social-photographer.com.
